Andrew and his helpers really helped out my family. He was very professional and explained the process to me. There was only respect and results! His services were better than we expected. I needed serious help in the worst way recently to get a loved ones apartment under control and deep cleaned. I found Andrew's website for Bio-One of Milwaukee and decided to give them a try. Andrew was super accommodating and set up a time to access the unit right away. His quote was reasonable and they were able to clean apartment the very next day which was a Sunday no less. They did an amazing job. They were professional, non judgmental, respectful of personal items and very efficient. They totally have given the apartment the reset it so desperately needed. Bio-One did a great job for me. Very professional and they knew what to do. Came in on time and budget! I had a horrible mouse infestation that had been going on for years. Lots of mess and damage and they cleaned it all up. Plus, they consulted with me, ensuring that my mouse problem was eradicated before they came in to do the cleanup so that my effort would not be wasted. Very reliable highly recommend!

Andrew and his team were spectacular to work with. He was able to come out the same-day to walk-through a loved ones apartment after he had suddenly passed away. Andrew assessed the area and provided a thoughtful, thorough description of the process and clean-up. He was quick to respond to any follow-up questions as well. Since we live out of state, we were on a time crunch, but the team worked within our schedule to make everything turn out smoothly in the end. The entire crew was a joy to work with, on-time and respectful the day of the clean-up, and made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. The entire process was completed in about 6 hours and it looked amazing and move-in ready. We would highly recommend them in the future!
