I made one of the hardest decision in my life when I reached out and contacted Bio-One of Milwaukee for help. Due to numerous reasons, my apartment got so out of hand I could have been on the show “Hoarders”. It was to the point, I didn’t want anyone to come over and was so overwhelmed , I started experiencing panic attacks. I spoke to Viktoriya and explained my situation and Viktoriya showed empathy and was extremely kind and understanding with what I was sharing with her. Her concern and demeanor allowed me to make a decision that I had been in able to make for years. Viktoriya and Andrew’s team came and turned my apartment into a beautiful and living space- they literally gave me my life back and I will forever be grateful. If you are reading this and not sure how to proceed in making a decision that will affect your life, I highly recommend taking the step and contact Bio-One of Milwaukee and start living and enjoying life! I know I will thanks to their team!

I had a situation that was a bit unusual. There was a motorhome in my backyard that has been sitting for 30 years. Raccoons and the elements had destroyed the contents. It had been used as a storage space and was filled with mold and feces. I didn’t think anyone would touch it. Andrew and his company, Bio-One not only took care of it, but cleaned the area and went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. Grateful for their services.

We had several problems in our home that needed to be addressed. Rodent infestation cleanup, mold remediation. Bio One responded immediately, estimated accurately, scheduled in a timely manner and completed projects as projected. Andrew was a pleasure to work with; very friendly and put us at ease from start to finish.

Andrew and his team were spectacular to work with. He was able to come out the same-day to walk-through a loved ones apartment after he had suddenly passed away. Andrew assessed the area and provided a thoughtful, thorough description of the process and clean-up. He was quick to respond to any follow-up questions as well. Since we live out of state, we were on a time crunch, but the team worked within our schedule to make everything turn out smoothly in the end. The entire crew was a joy to work with, on-time and respectful the day of the clean-up, and made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. The entire process was completed in about 6 hours and it looked amazing and move-in ready. We would highly recommend them in the future!

Andrew and his team went above and beyond to take care of our multifamily building. Andrew was very communicative and supportive as we made it through an unexpected sewer clean up. I'll be forever grateful for the Bio-One's quick response. Since I managed the process from another state, flawless communication was a must! Andrew provided exactly that! Top tier service!

This company is beyond amazing! Great communicators and very understanding and supportive. 150% effort given, very hard working. Competed the job early and below budget! They were so caring with my parents and I, I couldn’t have gotten through this move and downsize situation without them. HIGHLY recommend!

Bio One cleaned the basement of our house after we had issues with mice. The basement was completely cleaned and disinfected. They were professional, prompt, and thorough. After they finished their work, they actually refunded a portion of our payment because the job was smaller than anticipated. I was very impressed.

A family member passed away and when we gained access to the house, we found a hoarding situation and mice had run all over the place. It was a mess and I didn't know how to begin cleaning it up. I am so happy that I found Bio-One. Andy and his team went above and beyond to insure that valuables were set aside and cleaned when needed. All trash was taken away and everything looked amazing when they were done. Andy was very good at communicating with me and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was able to handle a number of additional tasks that needed attention and referred me to others who could help when he couldn't. I would not hesitate to recommend Bio-One, especially in delicate situations where you desire respect for your loved one's home and possessions and where you want to trust the crew that is dealing with family "treasures". They were very conscientious and did a great job on the house, and made this very sad situation as stress-free as possible.
