A family member passed away and when we gained access to the house, we found a hoarding situation and mice had run all over the place. It was a mess and I didn't know how to begin cleaning it up. I am so happy that I found Bio-One. Andy and his team went above and beyond to insure that valuables were set aside and cleaned when needed. All trash was taken away and everything looked amazing when they were done. Andy was very good at communicating with me and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was able to handle a number of additional tasks that needed attention and referred me to others who could help when he couldn't. I would not hesitate to recommend Bio-One, especially in delicate situations where you desire respect for your loved one's home and possessions and where you want to trust the crew that is dealing with family "treasures". They were very conscientious and did a great job on the house, and made this very sad situation as stress-free as possible.

Bio-One did a great job for me. Very professional and they knew what to do. Came in on time and budget! I had a horrible mouse infestation that had been going on for years. Lots of mess and damage and they cleaned it all up. Plus, they consulted with me, ensuring that my mouse problem was eradicated before they came in to do the cleanup so that my effort would not be wasted. Very reliable highly recommend!

This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to disinfect mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.

Bio One cleaned the basement of our house after we had issues with mice. The basement was completely cleaned and disinfected. They were professional, prompt, and thorough. After they finished their work, they actually refunded a portion of our payment because the job was smaller than anticipated. I was very impressed.

Had to hire to clean an elderly and terminally ill parents home. Viktoria and Andrew were wonderful to work with. The cleaning crew were very personable and very professional. Very reasonable pricing and the services they provide go above and beyond what a typical cleaning company would do. The whole crew worked diligently and provided exactly what we asked for. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. They handle difficult situations with empathy and I'm very glad I found them! Andrew and Viktoriya (and their entire team) were nothing short of AMAZING. Due to a sudden change in a health condition, it was necessary for us to move quickly (from what we’d hoped was our forever home.) They were a one-stop-shop of all we needed to quickly move! They organized our household: getting things ready for moving, donating or disposing; moved us into our new place (with care and attention to detail like we’ve never heard of in a moving company); helped us get settled in; then prepped our home for sale! (Painting, repairs, sprucing up… EVERYTHING that was needed to get ready for a real estate showing….which, by the way, enabled us to sell our place within 2.5 hours of listing for well over the asking price!) Andrew and Viktoriya actually made a difficult process virtually stress-free, and dare I say, enjoyable??? They (and their crew!) have delightful senses of humor, which made all the difference during an unexpected move.
