I had a situation that was a bit unusual.There was a motorhome in my backyard that has been sitting for 30 years. Raccoons and the elements had destroyed the contents. It had been used as a storage space and was filled with mold and feces. I didn’t think anyone would touch it. Andrew and his company, Bio-One not only took care of it, but cleaned the area and went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. Grateful for their services.

A family member passed away and when we gained access to the house, we found a hoarding situation and mice had run all over the place. It was a mess and I didn't know how to begin cleaning it up. I am so happy that I found Bio-One. Andy and his team went above and beyond to insure that valuables were set aside and cleaned when needed. All trash was taken away and everything looked amazing when they were done. Andy was very good at communicating with me and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was able to handle a number of additional tasks that needed attention and referred me to others who could help when he couldn't. They were very conscientious and did a great job on the house, and made this very sad situation as stress-free as possible.

Andrew and Viktoriya (and their entire team) were nothing short of AMAZING. Due to a sudden change in a health condition, it was necessary for us to move quickly (from what we’d hoped was our forever home.) They were a one-stop-shop of all we needed to quickly move! They organized our household: getting things ready for moving, donating or disposing; moved us into our new place (with care and attention to detail like we’ve never heard of in a moving company); helped us get settled in; then prepped our home for sale! (Painting, repairs, sprucing up… EVERYTHING that was needed to get ready for a real estate showing….which, by the way, enabled us to sell our place within 2.5 hours of listing for well over the asking price!) Andrew and Viktoriya actually made a difficult process virtually stress-free, and dare I say, enjoyable??? I made one of the hardest decision in my life when I reached out and contacted Bio-One of Milwaukee for help.
