Bio-One did a great job for me. Very professional and they knew what to do. Came in on time and budget! I had a horrible mouse infestation that had been going on for years. Lots of mess and damage and they cleaned it all up. Plus, they consulted with me, ensuring that my mouse problem was eradicated before they came in to do the cleanup so that my effort would not be wasted. Very reliable highly recommend!

A family member passed away and when we gained access to the house, we found a hoarding situation and mice had run all over the place. It was a mess and I didn't know how to begin cleaning it up. I am so happy that I found Bio-One. Andy and his team went above and beyond to insure that valuables were set aside and cleaned when needed. All trash was taken away and everything looked amazing when they were done. Andy was very good at communicating with me and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was able to handle a number of additional tasks that needed attention and referred me to others who could help when he couldn't. I would not hesitate to recommend Bio-One, especially in delicate situations where you desire respect for your loved one's home and possessions and where you want to trust the crew that is dealing with family "treasures". They were very conscientious and did a great job on the house, and made this very sad situation as stress-free as possible.

This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to disinfect mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.
