Huge thanks to Andrew and the Bio-One team for helping with the clean-up of our late father's house. We're so grateful to you for your help and excellent service. Bio-One Milwaukee went above and beyond by providing on-point counsel, performing efficient and thorough clean-out, and identifying items for further review. Wishing the Bio-One Milwaukee team the very best for 2024!

I had a situation that was a bit unusual. There was a motorhome in my backyard that has been sitting for 30 years. Raccoons and the elements had destroyed the contents. It had been used as a storage space and was filled with mold and feces. I didn’t think anyone would touch it. Andrew and his company, Bio-One not only took care of it, but cleaned the area and went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. Grateful for their services.

A family member passed away and when we gained access to the house, we found a hoarding situation and mice had run all over the place. It was a mess and I didn't know how to begin cleaning it up. I am so happy that I found Bio-One. Andy and his team went above and beyond to insure that valuables were set aside and cleaned when needed. All trash was taken away and everything looked amazing when they were done. Andy was very good at communicating with me and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was able to handle a number of additional tasks that needed attention and referred me to others who could help when he couldn't. I would not hesitate to recommend Bio-One, especially in delicate situations where you desire respect for your loved one's home and possessions and where you want to trust the crew that is dealing with family "treasures". They were very conscientious and did a great job on the house, and made this very sad situation as stress-free as possible.

Andrew and his team went above and beyond to take care of our multifamily building. Andrew was very communicative and supportive as we made it through an unexpected sewer clean up. I'll be forever grateful for the Bio-One's quick response. Since I managed the process from another state, flawless communication was a must! Andrew provided exactly that! Top tier service!

"Getting rid of things you've amassed over a lifetime can not only be difficult and deeply personal, but knowing who to trust to handle it for you can add to the stress. Andrew and the crew at Bio-One of Milwaukee made everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING a breeze. From the initial estimate to the last box out the door, the Bio-One folks were all thorough and professional. Perhaps most importantly, they were deeply concerned on a personal level that the experience was stress-free and everything I needed it to be, including the fact that the owner was on-site with his crew the whole time! Bio-One is not a low-cost provider, but you will not regret the minimal extra expense to have your cleanup and removal handled with their amazing quality of service. If had known that there was someone of Andrew and his crew's caliber available, I would have hired them years earlier. Not joking. Years! Call Andrew. Get an estimate. It will only take 5 minutes of chatting with him to realize that you made the right call. Thanks Bio-One!"

Andrew and Viktoriya (and their entire team) were nothing short of AMAZING. Due to a sudden change in a health condition, it was necessary for us to move quickly (from what we’d hoped was our forever home.) They were a one-stop-shop of all we needed to quickly move! They organized our household: getting things ready for moving, donating or disposing; moved us into our new place (with care and attention to detail like we’ve never heard of in a moving company); helped us get settled in; then prepped our home for sale! (Painting, repairs, sprucing up… EVERYTHING that was needed to get ready for a real estate showing….which, by the way, enabled us to sell our place within 2.5 hours of listing for well over the asking price!) Andrew and Viktoriya actually made a difficult process virtually stress-free, and dare I say, enjoyable??? They (and their crew!) have delightful senses of humor, which made all the difference during an unexpected move. I hope they all realize how much their compassionate and thorough approach helps those who need assistance with such a major life change. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful company.

I made one of the hardest decision in my life when I reached out and contacted Bio-One of Milwaukee for help. Due to numerous reasons, my apartment got so out of hand I could have been on the show “Hoarders”. It was to the point, I didn’t want anyone to come over and was so overwhelmed , I started experiencing panic attacks. I spoke to Viktoriya and explained my situation and Viktoriya showed empathy and was extremely kind and understanding with what I was sharing with her. Her concern and demeanor allowed me to make a decision that I had been in able to make for years. Viktoriya and Andrew’s team came and turned my apartment into a beautiful and living space- they literally gave me my life back and I will forever be grateful. If you are reading this and not sure how to proceed in making a decision that will affect your life, I highly recommend taking the step and contact Bio-One of Milwaukee and start living and enjoying life! I know I will thanks to their team!
