I made one of the hardest decision in my life when I reached out and contacted Bio-One of Milwaukee for help. Due to numerous reasons, my apartment got so out of hand I could have been on the show “Hoarders”. It was to the point, I didn’t want anyone to come over and was so overwhelmed , I started experiencing panic attacks. I spoke to Viktoriya and explained my situation and Viktoriya showed empathy and was extremely kind and understanding with what I was sharing with her. Her concern and demeanor allowed me to make a decision that I had been in able to make for years. Viktoriya and Andrew’s team came and turned my apartment into a beautiful and living space- they literally gave me my life back and I will forever be grateful. Had to hire to clean an elderly and terminally ill parents home. Viktoria and Andrew were wonderful to work with. The cleaning crew were very personable and very professional. Very reasonable pricing and the services they provide go above and beyond what a typical cleaning company would do. The whole crew worked diligently and provided exactly what we asked for. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. They handle difficult situations with empathy and I'm very glad I found them! I hope you never need this kind of service but if you do, you will be in great hands.

This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to disinfect mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.

Andrew and his team were spectacular to work with. He was able to come out the same-day to walk-through a loved ones apartment after he had suddenly passed away. Andrew assessed the area and provided a thoughtful, thorough description of the process and clean-up. He was quick to respond to any follow-up questions as well. Since we live out of state, we were on a time crunch, but the team worked within our schedule to make everything turn out smoothly in the end. The entire crew was a joy to work with, on-time and respectful the day of the clean-up, and made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. The entire process was completed in about 6 hours and it looked amazing and move-in ready. We would highly recommend them in the future!

Bio One cleaned the basement of our house after we had issues with mice. The basement was completely cleaned and disinfected. They were professional, prompt, and thorough. After they finished their work, they actually refunded a portion of our payment because the job was smaller than anticipated. I was very impressed.
